Hello to all ebayers! I have been with ebay for several years and i want to keep my reputation here 100% positive. I am a private collector, who has endless passion for classic cars and trucks. 90% of the cars have been rented out to movies commercials or high-class parties. Right now, i’m liquidating my collection since i’m selling my warehouse. I know that magic feeling when the right quality meets the right price, so i sell my vehicles worldwide at the most reasonable prices. This vehicle has a clear ohio title. Odometer reads 92783 miles. It is a very nice mercury that runs and drives great. It’s been mostly garage-kept and taken care of meticulously. It drives wonderfully, and is a nice cruiser. Mechanicalthe car starts up like a clock-work. The flathead v8 engine and transmission work great. The car drives very nicely and shifts smoothly through all the gears. This car has been really well-maintained. Exterior the exterior is in great shape. It has nice high quality paint job. This car will need to be detail-cleaned to look more presentable, but it still looks very nice. The doors, trunk and the hood open and close as they should. All of its chrome is in great shape and shines very nice. The car has original mercury metal fender-skirts, although one of them is not sitting right, but it can stay on the car, it is just a little off, we didn’t want to use force and push it in order to align. Overall, this mercury drives and looks nice, and gets a lot of compliments. Interiorthe interior is in great condition: it’s got that amazing red color; dash is complete; it’s a stunning interior. All gages work as they are supposed to. Underneath has a couple of patches close to the rocker panels, overall some surface imperfections but no rust holes, it has never been coated since 1951, but it can easily be done. Overall it’s a wonderful car. I have tried my best to describe this vehicle as accurately as i can. People have different opinions and expectations of older cars. Remember, this car is from 1950’s and can have some imperfections that i'm not aware of. This vehicle is advertised on other websites, so i have the right to end the auction early if it gets sold. I'm not a dealer, but just a very passionate collector of classic cars and trucks. A non-refundable $500 deposit is due when the auction ends. Balance is to be paid via bank wire or a certified bank cashier's check. Check will need to clear before the vehicle is released and the title is sent. All non-paying bidders will be reported to ebay. Disclaimerpeople have different opinions and expectations of older vehicles. Remember, this vehicle is from the 1950's, and even though i’ve tried my best to describe it, it can have some imperfections which i’m not aware of. I’m saying this because i’ve had a bad experience with a ruthless dealer that tried to extort money from me after the car was inspected and delivered!
